5 Star Taxis Stirling was founded in September 2023 as a family-run taxi service built from real-life responsibility and determination. Before starting the business, the founder worked as an Area Manager at Domino’s Pizza Group, managing teams and daily operations across multiple locations.
After the birth of his daughter, his wife experienced postnatal depression and had to resign from her job. At that time, balancing a demanding management role with increased family responsibilities became difficult. To support his family while maintaining flexibility, he began working independently using his own vehicle as a taxi driver in Stirling.
As more passengers began using his service, customer trust grew through reliability and consistent timekeeping. What started as one vehicle quickly developed into a growing local service. With increasing demand, the business became more structured, and family members joined to support operations. This helped build a dependable service that focused on customer needs and professional standards.
